Some of the greatest social change is driven by people – especially women – questioning the system. In a time of immense social change, we, at Edelman wanted to delve into that further. As a result we’ve developed the Edelman 2019 Women & Trust Report which examines women’s trust in key institutions of Government, Business, Media and NGOs which has been launched today.
The Report finds that women are less trusting of the system than men, and that globally, women’s voices are being amplified much more in the past year on the issues that matter to them. Women are demanding change and distrust is turning into action. Organisations, particularly business where the trust gap is greatest, must listen, understand and respond.
